General Terms and Conditions
(Business-to-Business)
- Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern all transactions between CIMEO VISION B.V., trading as AVE (AudioVisual Everything), accessible at audiovisualeverything.com (hereafter referred to as the “Website”), and its professional Customers. By using the Website or placing an order, the Customer confirms they are acting as a business or professional and accept these T&Cs.
CIMEO VISION B.V. is registered in the Netherlands with the following details:

- Definitions
Customer: Any business or professional entity purchasing products or services from the Website.
Agreement: Any transaction conducted between the Customer and CIMEO VISION under these T&Cs.
- Scope
These T&Cs apply exclusively to B2B transactions and exclude the application of consumer protection laws.
- Orders via the Website
4.1. The Customer represents that they are at least 18 years old and duly authorized to place orders on behalf of their business or professional entity.
4.2. All orders constitute an offer by the Customer to purchase products, subject to acceptance by CIMEO VISION.
4.3. Creating a Customer account requires completing the online registration form and accepting these T&Cs.
4.4. The Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any order placed using these credentials will be deemed valid.
- Payment
5.1. All payments must be made in advance at the time of placing the order, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance between the Seller and the Buyer.
5.2. Payment methods available are listed on the Website.
5.3. In the event of payment failure by the Customer, CIMEO VISION reserves the right to:
– Charge a standard collection fee of €40, in accordance with Dutch regulations.
– Charge reasonable compensation for expenses incurred, such as legal fees or collection costs.
– Apply statutory interest on the overdue amount, calculated from the date the payment term expires.
- Pricing
6.1. Product prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, applicable taxes, and shipping costs.
6.2. CIMEO VISION reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced at the price indicated at the time of the order.
- Delivery
7.1. Delivery timelines are indicative and not binding. CIMEO VISION will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon handing over the products to the carrier.
- Force Majeure
CIMEO VISION will not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, armed conflicts, or transportation disruptions.
- Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Website and its content are owned by CIMEO VISION or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
CIMEO VISION’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the value of the relevant transaction. Indirect damages or loss of profits are excluded unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
CIMEO VISION strives to provide accurate and reliable information on our website but cannot guarantee its completeness or authenticity. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, interruptions, errors, or potential issues like viruses. Additionally, we do not guarantee constant availability or flawless operation of the site.
- Amendments to the T&Cs
CIMEO VISION reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. Customers will be informed of updates through the Website.
